Activision confirmed during its Q1 2011 financial call last night that its new Call of Duty game will be revealed in a few weeks time, however one detail which slipped out is that it’ll include premium online features.
The publisher is working with a mystery developer named Beachhead to implement a range of dedicated online technologies and social networking features in order to monetise the game for the publisher, although online features such as those currently available will remain free.
