League of Legends Season One: Registered Players Surpass 15 Million, with Over 1.4 Million Players Every Day

Riot Games has revealed that more than 1.4 million players log on to the PC game League of Legends every day. With over 15 million registered players, an average of ten games of League of Legends start every second of every day. The number of active players each month has grown to over four million.

Also over 1.69 million viewers tuned into the broadcast of the League of Legends Season One Championship, which saw FnaticMSI win the Season One Championship and the grand prize of $50,000.
