Nintendo 3DS Owners Can Still Register For 20 Free Games

If you bought your Nintendo 3DS before August 12th but missed the deadline to join the Nintendo 3DS Ambassador Programme, you'll be pleased to hear you're still eligible to register.

For all consumers who purchased their 3DS and accessed Nintendo eShop or conducted the recent system update prior to the 12th of August, you will have already qualified to receive your free  20 downloadable games.

If you have retained your original receipt or proof of purchase for your 3DS, Nintendo will be providing you with a tool very soon where you can enter this data and still register for the Nintendo 3DS Ambassador Programme, the tool when released will be found at http://ambassador.nintendo-europe.com

You will also be able to use this tool to confirm that your 3DS is registered on the Ambassador Programme. For this, you will need only the serial number of your 3DS, found on the back of the system.
