Sonic Generations confirmed for the PC

After being spotted by Destructoid  as being available to pre-order on a number of online retailers, Sega have today confirmed that Sonic Generation will be released on the PC.

The PC version of Sonic Generation will feature Steamworks (including Steam Cloud saves), stereoscopic 3D support, achievements and online leaderboards. The game will be released at the same time as the console versions on November 1st for North America and November 4th in Europe.
