Metal Gear fans got a double dose of surprise at last night's VGA awards. First, Konami revealed that Kojima Productions wasn't handling development duties for the previously announced Metal Gear Solid: Rising, and that Platinum Games was taking control of the title. Then there's the issue of the title itself. It's been tweaked a little, and Raiden's spinoff game is now called Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance.
