In an open letter posted on the BioWare blog, company co-founder Dr. Ray Muzyka has addressed the fan outcry regarding the endings of Mass Effect 3. As previously noted here on Side Mission, more than a few fans who have invested hundreds of hours in the Mass Effect universe over the past five years seem less than satisfied by the ending of the most recent entry and according to today's open letter, their voices are being heard.
