Fable Heroes revealed on Xbox Live Marketplace

Lionhead have today revealed a new Fable game on the Xbox Live Marketplace today, the XBLA title features up to four player co-operative multiplayer both online and offline.

In Fable Heroes gamers can play a variety of mini-games to earn gold coins, including: a puppet show, mine cart racing, board games, and boss battles. Gold coins earned in the game can also be spent on "upgrades, characters, and items in both this game and Fable: The Journey for Kinect for Xbox 360.

"Fable Heroes is a fresh spin on the beloved Fable franchise in which up to 4 players play both cooperatively and competitively in this hack-and-slash adventure," reads the game description. "Work together as heroes of Albion to defeat familiar foes and new enemies while collecting as many gold coins as possible to unlock upgrades, characters, and items in both this game and Fable: The Journey for Kinect for Xbox 360."
