Ninja Gaiden 3 to receive free DLC after launch

Tecmo Koei  has today revealed plans to launch additional weapons and stages as free downloadable content (DLC) for the forthcoming Ninja Gaiden 3 for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

The first set of DLC, which is due to be released on April 3rd, will include an additional weapon 'Falcon’s Talons', a Clan Battle stage 'Submarine Carrier', and will extend the online level cap to Lv. 75.

Shortly after on April 17th, the second set of DLC will include a new weapon 'Eclipse Scythe', the Clan Battle stage 'Desert Higher' and will extend the online level cap to Lv. 99. Also those who manage to reach level 99 with your online ninja will unlock a gold outfit for the online mode, Shadows of the World.

Both DLC packs will be available to download from the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Marketplace.
