Phantasy Star Online 2 coming to the PS Vita with PC crossplay

In addition to the PC version, Sega have today announced that Phantasy Star Online 2 will be coming to the PS Vita in 2013.

The game's producer Sakai Satoshi has also revealed that both the PC and PS Vita version of the game will feature cross play and will be played on the same Phantasy Star servers. This means that gamers who have played the PC version of the game will be able to use their same character and progression in the PS Vita version, and vice versa.

Sega have yet to confirm if Phantasy Star Online 2 will be released outside of Japan.
