Sniper Elite V2 demo now available for the Xbox 360 and PS3, coming soon to the PC

A playable gameplay demo for the third-person tactical shooter, Sniper Elite 2, is available to download today from Xbox LIVE Arcade for the Xbox 360 and the PlayStation Network. The PC demo will be available to download later this month.

The downloadable demo showcases a specially prepared sequence from one of the game’s early missions set against the crumbling streets of the town of Schöneberg. Playing as agent Karl Fairburne, players must stealthily traverse the shattered streets environment on a mission to lay a booby-trap for an unsuspecting armoured enemy convoy. Travelling on board is a sinister expert in rocket engine technology, and critical documents that will lead Fairburne to a secret V2 production facility.

Sniper Elite 2 will be available for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC on 4th May.
