Blizzard has announced that the real-money auction house for Diablo 3 is now live. The real-money auction house allows players to sell their in-game items for real cash, which can either be converted to Battle.net Balance credit or transferred to PayPal.

Players wishing to use the real-money auction house will need an authenticator attached to their Battle.net account, details of which can be fount here.

[Update] Blizzard has said Diablo III’s real-money auction house will now launch this Friday, June 15th in Europe. It was originally stated it would launch on June 13th – the same day as the US.
