Galaxy on Fire 2 Full HD coming to the PC in Q3, 2012

Fishlabs Entertainment has announced that the award-winning open space shooter, Galaxy on Fire 2 Full HD, will be available in Q3 of 2012 for Windows PC as a boxed version and digital download via Origin and Steam.

With a compelling storyline and a unique mixture of story-bound, mission-based and sandbox gameplay, Galaxy on Fire 2 Full HD makes for an unprecedented outer space adventure with dozens of hours of action-packed sci-fi gameplay at its best. Explore a vast universe with more than 20 star systems and 100 planets, fly more than 30 different space ships, trade more than 160 individual commodities, take on an infinite number of enthralling tasks and save the galaxy from its impending destruction by the hands of a band of devious alien raiders known as Voids.

In addition to story-based assignments and missions, the player can undertake countless freelance missions in order to amass achievements. Altogether, players can collect 36 achievements at the bronze, silver, and gold levels, which are then visible on Steam after the obligatory Steam-activation for the box version.
