From a security perspective, passwords are OK, but they're not as good as they could be. Users can log in and then wander away, or configure their PlayStation to automatically log them in, leaving the door open to fraud. So Sony would like, instead, to do away with log-ins and passwords altogether. How? With a collection of biometric processes.
