PS Plus coming to the PS Vita on November 19th

Sony's subscription based service, PlayStation Plus, will be available on the PS Vita on November 19th in North America and November 21st in Europe, Sony has announced.

PlayStation Plus Members will have access to at least four free games per month, as well as a multitude of other perks such as free play, exclusive discounts and online storage. PS3 owners with an existing PS Plus membership, will be able to enjoy PS Plus features and services on both PS3 and PS Vita at no extra cost.

As part of the Instant Game Collection, subscribers will be able to download the following PS Vita titles free of charge on day one:

Europe:
Uncharted: Golden Abyss.
Gravity Rush.
Chronovolt.
Tales From Space: Mutant Blobs Attack.

North America:
Uncharted: Golden Abyss.
Jet Set Radio.
WipEout 2048.
Gravity Rush.
Tales From Space: Mutant Blobs Attack.
Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions.

The Instant Game Collection across both platforms means players will have a constant library of 14 games and at least five new games a month, which means over 65 games a year for PS3 and PS Vita.

Other cross platform benefits mean players can set their trophies and game saves to synchronise automatically, and access online storage up to 2GB for game saves (1GB on PS3 and 1GB on PS Vita).

PS Plus subscriptions range from 90 days for £11.99 / €14.99 / $18 and 365 days for £39.99 / €49.99 / $50.
