SimCity for Mac available on August 29th

SimCity will be available for Mac exclusively as a digital release on August 29th, EA has announced. The game was originally due to launch on June 11th, but was delayed to "ensure the Mac version offers a great experience" for players.
SimCity is cross-platform compatible, so all players, whether on Mac or PC, will be able to play SimCity together in the online connected world and will be able to jump back and forth into their cities regardless of the platform.  

Those players who have previously purchased digital or boxed copies of SimCity for PC will be entitled to download the Mac version at no additional cost via Origin.
