A new Assassin's Creed title will launch on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 this year in addition to the next-gen/PC-exclusive Assassin's Creed Unity, Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot has teased. Discussing the franchise's future during a call with investors last night, Guillemot said: "We have not disclosed our plan yet for the Xbox 360 and PS3 SKUs [of Assassin's Creed]. However, we have made it clear that as a company we expect to continue supporting both consoles for the foreseeable future."
