GRID 2 Reloaded Edition coming to Mac this summer

Feral Interactive today announced that the multi-discipline racing game GRID 2 Reloaded Edition will be unleashed on the Mac this summer. Developed and published by Codemasters for PC and consoles, GRID 2 Reloaded Edition is the successor to the acclaimed GRID, previously released on the Mac by Feral.

GRID 2 Reloaded Edition features ‘World Series Racing’, an embryonic racing league with global ambitions. Players are tasked with becoming WSR’s star driver and building it into a top motorsport by facing off against drivers from local clubs all over the world in a selection of electrifying competitions. Nerve-jangling chases along mountain roads, drift events through the city streets of Paris, Miami and Hong Kong and high-speed races on renowned circuits including Yas Marina and Brands Hatch are all part of the schedule

The series’ trademark balance of realism and accessibility is refined in GRID 2 Reloaded Edition with the TrueFeel handling system. By emphasizing the unique characteristics of each vehicle in such aspects as gearing, torque and weight distribution, TrueFeel offers players a heightened driving experience that challenges them to adapt their technique to match the machine.

GRID 2 Reloaded Edition contains all the additional content previously released for GRID 2, including over 20 additional cars by manufacturers such as McLaren and Aston Martin. Pricing and system requirements will be revealed closer to the release date.
