Deep Silver have today announced that an exclusive artbook and a soundtrack CD will be available for anyone who pre-order's 'Catherine' in Europe before the game is released on February 10th, 2012.

These pre-order items will be available through a special retail partner in each of the territories that the game will be published, with GAME being the retail partner for the UK.

Catherine will be released by Deep Silver in Europe in a limited 'Stray Sheep Edition' (containing the Rave-T-Shirt that Vincent wears in the game, two Stray Sheep bar-themed coasters, a Catherine poster that is exclusively available in this edition, all served in a pizza delivery box from the Stray Sheep Bar as packaging) and as a standard edition. The 'Stray Sheep Edition' of Catherine will have a price of £54.99, the standard edition will be available for £44.99.

Catherine will be released in PAL territories for the PlayStation 3, and the Xbox 360.

Deep Silver today announced that a limited edition for the sexy action-adventure/puzzle mix Catherine will be available at the game’s release in Europe on February 2012.

The “Stray Sheep Edition” is named after the Stray Sheep Bar where Vincent, the game’s protagonist, spends most of his time after work and interacts with his lifelong friends, seeking advice for how to solve the dilemma he’s currently embroiled in. Should he continue the affair he’s having with the seductress Catherine, or abandon the sexy newcomer to deepen his relationship with his girlfriend Katherine?

This limited edition offers the following extras:

• An exclusive T-Shirt that is a replica of the Rave-T-Shirt that Vincent wears in the game.
• Two Stray Sheep bar-themed coasters.
• A seductive Catherine poster that is exclusively available in this deluxe edition.
• A pizza delivery box from the Stray Sheep Bar that serves as the packaging for all the extra items found in the European deluxe edition.

The Stray Sheep Edition of Catherine will have a price of £54.99, the standard edition will be available for £44,99.

Deep Silver have announced that the complete first edition of the action-adventure/puzzle mix Catherine will be available in PAL territories for the PlayStation 3, and the Xbox 360 on February 10th, 2012.

The PAL version of the game will feature a special flip cover sporting one of the two female love interests in the game on each side. This way consumers will get the opportunity to select their personal preference as to which of the women the game’s main character, Vincent, should be on the front cover: Either Katherine, his long time partner who wants him to marry her, or the alluring and sexy Catherine, who he has just spent the night with.

Deep Silver have made a publishing agreement with publisher ATLUS for Catherine, which will see the game being released in Europe, for the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. Catherine was released across North America last week.

A release date for the PAL regions have yet to be confirmed.

ATLUS have released the official demo for Catherine, the demo is available now via Xbox LIVE (initially only to Gold members) and the PlayStation Network.


The demo will introduce players to the main characters, particularly Vincent and his growing sense of panic at repeatedly finding himself within terror-filled nightmares. Even North American gamers who tried the Japanese demo will have reason to download, as it will offer them a chance to preview to the English voice track. 

The official Catherine demo will be available for the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 on July 12th, giving fans an early opportunity to experience a taste of the game's bold visual style and daring subject matter prior to its July 26th launch.

ATLUS have revealed pre-order bonus items and a limited run deluxe edition for Catherine, its upcoming action-adventure/puzzle game from the makers of the award-winning Persona series, coming this summer for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. An unprecedented exploration of the pleasures and horrors of love, Catherine's core themes-those of free will, of the delicate nature of relationships and the choices we make within them, marry perfectly with the intense, terror-filled gameplay that serves to accurately reflect Vincent's growing sense of anxiety.


Packaged within a collectible pizza box from Stray Sheep (a bar central to the game's story), the Catherine "Love Is Over" Deluxe Edition consists entirely of items directly from or inspired by the characters and game world. Along with the game itself, fans will receive: a pair of polka dot boxers like the ones worn by Vincent during his manic nightmares, Vincent's "Empty Hearts" T-shirt worn by Catherine in the game, and a pillow case decorated with an alluring image of Catherine, a nod to the pillow tucked under Vincent's arm as he frantically races to escape the terrors that pursue him. The "Love Is Over" Deluxe Edition will only be built to pre-order demand and will not be available in large quantities; interested fans are advised to reserve theirs at participating retailers as soon as possible to avoid bitter, bitter disappointment.


In addition to the announcement of the limited run "Love Is Over" Deluxe Edition, ATLUS also today revealed the Catherine Sound Disc & Art Book, a free extra available to customers who reserve either the standard or deluxe edition of the game for either platform (Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3 system). The 36-page, full-color art book measures 5.25" x 6.75" and is packed with the beautiful character designs of artist Shigenori Soejima. The 11-track music CD features the best musical themes of the game specially remixed by composer Shoji Meguro. Only available while supplies last at participating retailers, fans are encouraged to pre-order to guarantee their bonus!


Catherine is currently scheduled to release on July 26, 2011.
