Valve writers Chet Faliszek and Erik Wolpaw are two of the men who made Portal 2 very funny. They were at GDC today to talk about making Portal 2, or in their words, the process of "Creating a Sequel to a Game That Doesn't Need One." They had some evidence to back up the title of their talk, listing a series of quotes from the video game press that said, quite clearly, that the original Portal did not need a sequel and that any attempt to create one would be a fool's errand.
