Build your own home with the Skyrim 'Hearthfire' DLC this September 4th

Hearthfire allows players to purchase a plot of land and build a home from the ground up – from a simple one-room cottage to a sprawling compound complete with an armory, alchemy laboratory, stable, garden, and more.

Players can design their own home by using all-new tools like the drafting table and carpenter’s workbench to transform quarried stone, clay, and sawn logs into structures and furnishings. In addition to building your own home the Hearthfire DLC will also allow you to adopt children.
