Vergil’s Downfall confirmed for DMC: Devil May Cry

Capcom has announced that Vergil’s Downfall, an additional chapter for DMC: Devil May Cry which tells the story of Dante’s twin brother Vergil, will be available for download from XBLA and PSN shortly after the launch of the game.

Vergil’s Downfall contains hours of new gameplay, 4 difficulty levels and the opportunity to play as Vergil with an all new storyline, weapons, combos, enemies and locations. Vergil’s Downfall will be available for 720 MS points or €8.99 / £7.29 from the PlayStation Network.

Those who pre-order DMC: Devil May Cry from GameStop (US) or EBGames (Canada) will get the DLC for free. Details of the European pre-order initiatives will be available soon.

DmC: Devil May Cry arrives on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on 15th January across North America and Europe with a PC version shortly after.
