There are new challenges for every car in the game. Some focus on speed, such as racing through a speed camera as fast as you can – maybe even in reverse – while others focus on driving skills or specific stunts such as burnouts, drifting, catching air, smashing objects, or weaving through traffic at high speeds. There are also new location-based challenges that span the entire open world of Colorado – such as road trips, racking up skill points while exploring the golf course or mining town, or drifting your way around Red Rock’s winding roads.
“Variety is the key to the ‘Forza Horizon’ 1000 Club Expansion Pack,” said Playground Games’ Ralph Fulton, creative director for “Forza Horizon.” “All of the challenges have been custom designed to fit the unique personality and strengths of each car in the game. The game even recognises which cars you have in your garage and will recommend challenges for you to try.”
Most car challenges can be completed with cars included with the standard edition of the game. Those players who have purchased the Forza Horizon Season Pass, Rally Expansion Pack, or downloadable car packs will find even more value, with hundreds of new challenges to complete.

In addition to the new cars, those who downloaded the free Honda Forza Motorsports Registration Gamer Pic (US only) before the January 8th deadline, can now also enter the '2013 Civic Si Challenge' Rivals event from the “Race Central” section in the game. In the Civic Si Challenge players can test their mettle against Honda Racing driver, Scott Dixon. Those who beat his time in the 2013 Honda Civic Si Coupe will be entered for a chance to meet Scott in person.
The top overall finisher in the Honda Challenge will win the chance to meet Scott Dixon in person as well as a custom Honda-branded 250GB Xbox 360 console. Finishers 2-4 will also win one custom Honda-branded 250GB Xbox 360. In addition, everyone who manages to beat Scott’s time on the leaderboard will win a free Forza Horizon custom theme pack.

Priced at 1,600 Microsoft Points or as a free download for players who own the Forza Horizon Season Pass, the Rally Expansion Pack includes new cars, terrain, and off-road racing challenges.
With the Rally Expansion Pack, players will be able to test their driving mettle with new multiplayer rally events, leaderboards, and Rivals challenges, as well as a new set of career events that take place on rally stages built across Colorado. These stages feature severe and sudden elevation changes, massive jumps, and new surface types to explore.
The Rally Expansion Pack will also include five iconic rally cars, each with its own storied real-world rally history. Players will be able to upgrade these cars with new rally-specific upgrades including tires, suspensions, transmissions, and body kits specifically created to maximize each car’s potential on the varied terrain of the Expansion Pack’s rally stages. In addition, players will be able to create their own dirt-eating machines by applying rally upgrades to any car in their Forza Horizon garage for use in the rally stages and in the main game.
The Honda Challenge Car Pack features three new cars, the 2013 Honda Civic Si Coupe, HPD Rally Fit, and the 1986 Honda Civic Si Coupe, in addition to a brand new Rivals event, the '2013 Civic Si Challenge'.

The November Bondurant Car Pack includes six vehicles prepped and ready to tackle the open roads of Forza Horizon's Colorado, including:
2012 Lamborghini Gallardo LP570-4 Spyder Performante: At 3,274 pounds overall, this is the lightest open-top Lamborghini ever. Carbon fiber abounds, from the door panels to the center tunnel cover. Even among its Lambo brethren, the Performante stands out as something special.

According to the content's announcement, the Forza Horizon Rally Expansion Pack will offer Horizon players an off-road racing experience with deeper ruts, higher jumps, and new surface types to explore. Players will also experience authentic rally action behind the wheel of rally-tuned cars, complete with co-driver calls, and much more. Turn 10 Studios have said that more details of the Forza Horizon Rally Expansion Pack will be revealed in the coming weeks.
In addition to the Rally Expansion Pack, Turn 10 Studio have also revealed details of the first monthly car pack DLC which will be available when the game launches on October 23rd in North America and October 26th across Europe.
Available for Season Pass holders for free or 400 MS Points for everyone else the 'Month One Car Pack' will include 6 new cars, the Ferrari 599XX Evoluzione, Lamborghini Aventador J, Gumpert Apollo Enraged, Alfa Romeo 8C Spider, Ford Mustang Boss 302, and the 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air.

In Forza Horizon, driving with skill and style is just as important as crossing the finish line first. Whether you're racing, drifting, or cruising with friends, it's all underpinned by the critically acclaimed Forza physics that make each car a joy to drive.
A demo of Forza Horizon is now available for download from the Xbox Live Marketplace.
In the demo, players will get a chance to drive a number of different cars across a variety of different event types – from Horizon Festival events taking place in the dusty, dirt roads of the upper hills – to a climactic street race that find players winding up, around, and over the fictional Finley Dam.
Several of the events in the Forza Horizon demo will automatically become Rivals Mode events after completing them, allowing Forza fans to compete against one another to set the fastest time. In addition, players will be able to drive and explore a section of the overall game map to get a feel for the kinds of open-road adventure that is featured in the full version of the game.
Players who download the Forza Horizon demo from Xbox LIVE and then purchase and play the full game online will receive a specially designed 2013 SRT Viper GTS. Forza Horizon will be available for the Xbox 360 on October 23rd in North America and October 26th across Europe.
