The Kaiser Chiefs have joined Right to Play Athlete Ambassadors including UK High Jumper, Martyn Bernard, and Red Bull Cliff Diver, Blake Aldridge, to deliver a special message asking fans to unite in the virtual world and support the charity.
On 16th June 2012 at 6 p.m BST, fans across Europe are invited to take part in the 100m dash on the Xbox Kinect Sports game and help break a Guinness World Record for the most people in an online race. Participants will not only have the chance to be record breakers, but Microsoft will also donate funds to Right to Play each time a person is taking part.
Kaiser Chiefs lead singer, Ricky Wilson, commented: “We’re proud to be supporting Right To Play and want to encourage our fans and Xbox communities to raise funds for a brilliant cause. Tomorrow on 16th June, I’ll be joining people across Europe in the charity fun run on Xbox LIVE. It takes just 10 seconds of your time to do something which will actually help children around the world.”
On the weekend of 15th-17th June 2012, Xbox is providing free access to its Xbox LIVE Gold subscription service and for every person who takes part in the charity run on 16th June 2012, Microsoft will make a donation to Right to Play. With their support and fans we hope that more children from around the world will have access to and benefit from Right To Play’s sport and play programming. Here’s to a fantastic summer of fundraising.”

Entitled 'Endangered Species the video is narrated by Top Gear's, Jeremy Clarkson and is a tongue-in-cheek illustration of something many car lovers already know: that the real world is becoming an unfriendly place for those who truly love automobiles.
In the demo racing fans will be able to try a quick race on the Bernese Alps track with the Kia cee'd, 1970 Mercury Cougar Eliminator, 2011 Subaru WRX STI or the 2011 Ferrari 599 GTO.
Also included in the demo will be the new Rival mode, for every Rivals mode event you are automatically assigned a rival (usually an Xbox LIVE friend), or you can manually set any player on the leaderboard as your rival. By beating your rival, you get bonus credits based on that rival’s leaderboard percentile rank and the size of the board.

"This kills me. While Forza Motorsport 4 will feature RUF, it will not include Porsche cars. As many of you know, since the beginning of the Forza franchise, the Porsche license has been available only through a sub-licensing deal with EA. In Forza 3, we were able to feature more than 35 different Porsche models by offering to collaborate with EA. For Forza 4, we were looking forward to adding even more Porsche cars, and we were especially looking forward to featuring multiple Porsche experiences in our new Autovista mode. In the end, however, EA couldn’t see their way towards collaborating again." said creative director Dan Greenawalt
"We’ve asked our contacts at EA to reconsider their position frequently and regularly over the last 18 months. We also reached out to various influential people in gaming to lobby on our behalf, and on your behalf, but that was to no avail."
Although Forza 4 will lose over 35 Porsche cars from the final game, Turn Ten has decided to include 3 RUF cars which will help a little to fill their place.
"RUF is a manufacturer in their own right, not simply an aftermarket mod shop—they completely remanufacture and enhance the models that they start from, and the results are unique, incredibly fast, and the cars look great. Losing more than 35 Porsche models is a lost opportunity for Porsche fans (as well as a lost opportunity to make future Porsche fans), but I hope that Forza 4 players understand and enjoy the new makes and models that have taken their place."
